I have been using Ukon continuously around 6 months now and love the versatility of the foil wrapped sheets and tear off sections. They stay so fresh sealed like this and are small capsules that very easy to swallow. I notice when I haven't taken them so they give me a gentle burst of energy throughout the day.
I also love to puncture 2-5 capsules and use them as a gentle tooth whitener when I have a slower morning and can leave it on and expose it to the sun / UV for a short time, and then re-brush my teeth.
